Bartlett Vaults to SCIAC Athlete of the Week Honors

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (March 27, 2008) – Junior pole vaulter Kera Bartlett was named the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Athlete of the Week for the week of March 17-23, 2008.

On Saturday, March 22 at the UC Irvine Invitational Bartlett  broke her own school record in the pole vault for the second time in as many meets. This weekend she went 12'0.75", which breaks her mark of 11'11.75" set at the SCIAC Top-4 meet on Mar. 15. Entering the season she held the top height of 11'10.5", set last season.

Bartlett is currently ranked first in Division III across the nation.
