Policies 

An Occidental tradition for over 80 years, the intramural program is designed to provide the entire campus community with the opportunity to participate. Teams are comprised of students and faculty representing groups such as residence halls, Greek organizations, clubs, and faculty compete in tournaments and leagues throughout the year. The intramural program is recognized as an essential aspect of the educational experience at Occidental College. In addition to providing athletic opportunities for students and faculty, intramural sports also gives students the opportunity to explore leadership abilities and provides valuable experience in structuring and running an organization. The intramural sports program at Occidental College is one of many examples of the importance of participation in our college's mission statement.
