Strankman's Bullfrogs Keep Rolling On

GREEN BAY, Wisc. (July 2, 2007) - Head coach Elliot Strankman and his Bullfrogs continue their banner year in the Northwoods League, clinching a spot in the NWL playoffs by winning the first half of the Northwoods' season.

The Bullfrogs become the first expansion team in NWL history to clinch a playoff spot. Strankman’s crew will take on the winner of the season's second half in a three-game series on August 13 – 15.

The Northwoods League is a Summer Collegiate Baseball Association sanctioned summer baseball league with teams of top college players from across the country and North America. All players must maintain NCAA eligibility in order to compete in the league.
