Terry Phillips enters his second year as a collegiate coach after five years of experience at the high school level.

The Oregon native and son of Boardman, Ore. Mayor Chet Phillips, played for Clackamas Community College after a high school career at Beaverton HS.  He then continued his education at Montana State University.  Phillips began his coaching career in Park City, Utah.

During his five years in Park City, Phillips helped lead the team to their first region title in nine years.

  During the past two years the team posted a 34-14 record, with eight of his players advancing to play at the next level.

Phillips' responsibilities include working with catchers, working on the run game, coaching first base and helping with recruiting.

Off the field, Terry is a freight broker for Echo Global Logistics in Palos Verdes, Calif.  He currently resides in Eagle Rock.
