LOS ANGELES — Two Occidental men's soccer players were named to the United Soccer Coaches All-West Region teams on Wednesday.
Walsh, a senior from Washington, D.C., had a record-breaking season as a senior forward for the Tigers, leading Oxy to its best season in the program's history. The Tigers advanced to the SCIAC Tournament Championship, falling one win shy of the NCAA Division III Playoffs.
Walsh helped lead Oxy to a 10-4 regular-season record and third-place finish in the conference, scoring an incredible 15 goals in 14 SCIAC games.
