High School - Attended LA Canada Highs School where he swam for coach Art Lopez. As a swimmer, he made the Rose Bowl Aquatics Sectionals Team...was a 4-year letter earner for the La Canada High School Swim Team and was the 2010 Boys Team Co-Captain. In 2009, he was a team member of the CIF Division Two Champions. In addition, he was name Two-Time High School Swimming All American.

Personal - Sullivan was born in Los Angeles, California on March 15, 1992 to parents Lynne and William. He has one sister, Emily... plans to major in Kinesiology. Sullivan has been a Pasadena Fire Explorer for Pasadena Fire Station 33  since 2007. He is also a certified EMT-1 for the State of California.
