Los Angeles, Calif ( May 10, 2008) – For many Occidental College student-athletes today was one final chance. In some cases it was the final collegiate competition, for others, the season finale. Hundreds of athletes from across the world gathered today on the Bill Henry Track to compete at the 2008 Oxy Invitational.
CLAREMONT, Calif. (April 26, 2008) – Although there were quite a few impressive performances during the two-day 2008 Track & Field Championships, both the men’s and women’s teams finished fourth among the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference teams competing.

REDLANDS, Calif. (April 12, 2008) – Today the Tigers track and field teams travelled to the University of Redlands where the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference teams met for the first 2008 Multi-Dual meet of the season. Results on both the men’s and women’s sides were strong which was important as today’s competition makes up 25% of the final conference standings.
CLAREMONT, Calif. (April 5, 2008) – The Occidental College track and field teams recorded a plethora of lifetime and seasonal best performances at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational.
FRESNO, Calif. (March 29, 2008) – A handful of Tigers made the trip to Fresno for the Cal-Nevada State Championships. When the day was done, four Tigers qualified for the finals of their respective events and sophomore Grace Peck set a new school record in the 3000m steeplechase.
Los Angeles, Calif ( March 16, 2008) – This weekend the Occidental College Tigers competed in both the Oxy Distance Carnival and the SCIAC Top Four Meet. The team came away with a new school record, a number of marks on the school All-Time Top Ten list, and a host of lifetime and seasonal bests.

CLAREMONT, Calif. (March 1, 2008) – Occidental College competed in the first Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference meet of the season today at Pomona-Pitzer. Both the Tiger men’s and women’s teams finished second among the seven and eight teams competing, respectively.
CLAREMONT, Calif. (Feb. 23, 2008) – Tigers took the track at the Rossi Relay’s today on the campus of Claremont-Mudd-Scripps marking the first meet of the spring for the Oxy distance runners while other Tiger track and field members continued competition in 2008.

(Jan. 31, 2008) – Oxy track and field teams are in a unique position in the SCIAC entering the 2008 season in that they did not lose a single point from last year’s conference championship to graduation. Consequently both the men and women will be looking to build on a pair of 4th place finishes in 2007.
OSHKOSH, Wisc. (May 25, 2007) - Alex Ramon '08 and Kera Bartlett '09 landed All-American honors at the NCAA Division III Track & Field Championships Friday, May 25 at J.J. Keller Field in OshKosh, Wisconsin.
