Seven Tigers Polo Players Earn All-Academic Status

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (Oct. 27, 2007) – For the first time in Larry Zubrin’s reign as the head coach at Occidental, the Tigers defeated the Whittier College Poets. The teams battled until the end, but Oxy out lasted Whittier 11-10 at Taylor Pool in Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Action today.
LOS ANGELES, Calif. (Oct. 21, 2007) – Occidental College water polo played host to NCAA Division I # 2 ranked Stanford today in their final non-conference game of the season. The Cardinals defeated the Tigers 17-6, handing oxy their third straight loss.
CLAREMONT, Calif. (Oct. 20, 2007) – Occidental water polo dropped its second straight SCIAC game with a 12-5 loss to Claremont-Mudd-Scripps yesterday on the road.
