The Occidental women's team is expected to be one of the most talented teams in program history. The Tigers have 11 first years in their incoming class, along with key returners Annika Moen, who set a school record in the 100 fly during her sophomore season, and Madison Thurber, who broke a pair of school records in the 100 and 200 backstroke.
The Occidental men's team is coming off a season in which they broke 11 school records. The Tigers are led by Edward Dabsys, who broke the school record in the 100 free and was part of a few record-setting relays. Zeke Sebastian returns for his sophomore campaign, coming off school records in the 500 free and three relays, along with Matt Howard who also broke the old school record in the 500 free and was part of one record-setting relay.
"We are excited for our very talented first year class to get the season started," Oxy head coach Steve Webb said, now in his third season. "Our returners are in much better shape entering the season than they have been in years past and we're ready for a great year."Follow Oxy Athletics on Twitter Sign Up for Newsletters Watch on Youtube Follow us on Instagram
