Miller, Oxy's senior captain, is tied for second after two rounds of 68 and 75, and Srivastav is the second Tiger and eighth-best overall with a total of 147.
"To have Sam and Tanay in the top 10 against some of the best golfers in the country is terrific," Oxy head coach Will Morris said. "We're in the mix with some of the top-ranked schools in Division III and we're looking forward to finishing the SCIAC tournament strong."
Warner shot a 74 for the fifth-best round of the day.
The Tigers currently have a 13-stroke lead on Chapman for fourth place, trailing only national powerhouses Claremont-Mudd-Scripps, Redlands and La Verne.
