"We're really proud of this recognition for Sabrina and Austin," Oxy head coach Rob Bartlett said. "They both competed superbly this past weekend and lead from the front as captains. They're both having wonderful senior seasons and we can't wait to see what they do in the rest of the season."
Both Degnan and DeWitz are two of Oxy's most accomplished student-athletes. Both are multiple-time SCIAC Championships and national qualifiers, along with being two-sport athletes. Degnan was also the captain of the women's volleyball team and DeWitz the captain of the Oxy men's basketball team.
The Tigers will compete at Azusa Pacific this weekend in preparation for the SCIAC Championships at CMS on April 27-28.Follow Oxy Athletics on Twitter Sign Up for Newsletters Watch on Youtube Follow us on Instagram
